Competency Framework for the Built Environment and Land-Use Planning Professionals

The Observatoire québécois de l’adaptation aux changements climatiques (OQACC) and the Ouranos Consortium, two organizations co-funded by Natural Resources Canada (Government of Canada, 2024) and the Ministère de l’Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs (Government of Quebec, 2020), have joined forces to develop a training program on climate change adaptation aimed at professionals in engineering, urban planning, and architecture.
